Children will not simply outgrow retained primitive reflexes!! Mature reflexes allow one to “stop and think." This occurs with movement and integration of brain and nervous system.
 
Besides neurodivergent, the labels given to children (adults too) describe spectrum issues resulting from a disconnected brain: ODD, OCD, ASD, behavioral issues, strong-willed, anxiety, depression, SPD, sleep issues, and speech delays/issues ALL typically have one or more retained reflexes present at any age.
